Provision a new PAN public-access station through the shared TGPS Spine provisioning engine. PAN Central supplies the PAN profile; the Spine performs the network creation and shared infrastructure setup.

Choose a PAN station, then control whether each creator stays in manual review or may publish their own content directly. Permissions are stored per creator, per station.

Manual keeps the existing station review flow. Self Publish allows a creator to publish only their own productions on that station. Auto Publish* stores the automatic-publishing policy; the automatic pipeline trigger is managed separately.
